I offer life and personal development coaching, job coaching and parental coaching in two different variants:

• problem coaching - concentrated on solving a single problem or achieving a specific goal requiring typically one or two sessions,
• comprehensive development coaching - a set of several coaching sessions designed for people who look for personal development and the ways to achieve their personal best; also useful when recovering from the states of depression, anxiety or fear.

Sessions through skype or phone can be carried on from any place in the world in English or Polish language.

Coaching uncovered my motivation and ambition. I understood that so much depends on me myself. I liked the scaling wheels :-)

Thanks to coaching exercises carried on by Krzysztof I had a chance to look at myself from outside. Sessions let me see an essence of the problem on which I has been pondering for so long. Every meeting with the coach gave me an opportunity to explore long non-visited recesses of my mind and it was there I found the cures for most of my ailments I struggled with every day.
